Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a smooth arrival experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and common areas to the highest industry standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Manage phone calls and reservations using the property management system (PMS).
- Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen and maintenance staff to ensure facility readiness.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and PMS systems is a plus.
- Physical stamina required for housekeeping duties and standing for extended periods.
