Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, and concierge
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure impeccable room standards
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Assist with event setup and execution for conferences, weddings, and social gatherings
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and brand standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize guest satisfaction scores
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for airport shuttle duties)
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
