Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas using industry-standard protocols
- Restock amenities and ensure all supplies meet brand quality standards
- Report maintenance issues and assist with room preparation for arrivals
- Adhere to safety and security procedures while handling guest property
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Participate in deep cleaning projects and seasonal rotations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Texas ID or work authorization
- Basic English proficiency (bilingual Spanish preferred)
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment safety
