Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas through meticulous cleaning and sanitization
- Restock amenities and linens according to luxury brand standards
- Operate industrial laundry equipment efficiently and safely
- Report maintenance issues promptly to preserve property quality
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and eco-friendly practices
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in hospitality
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina for extended standing and lifting (up to 25 lbs)
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- English fluency; bilingual Spanish a plus
- Must pass background check and drug screening
