Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms, suites, and common areas
- Restock amenities and ensure all supplies are properly stocked
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere strictly to hygiene and sanitation protocols
- Report maintenance issues and guest concerns promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless room turnover
- Maintain detailed cleaning logs and checklists
- Support special event preparation and deep-cleaning projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment safety
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
