Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms and common areas including dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking amenities
- Operate professional-grade cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report promptly to maintenance team
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments
- Coordinate with front desk staff for room readiness and special requests
- Maintain detailed cleaning logs and quality control checklists
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in hospitality or luxury setting
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Valid work authorization and ability to pass background check
- Basic English communication skills for team coordination
- Knowledge of EPA-approved cleaning chemicals and techniques
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds safely
