Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of guest rooms, suites, and common areas following industry standards
- Restock amenities and supplies while adhering to inventory protocols
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and damaged items promptly to management
- Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping teams for seamless guest services
- Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines including OSHA standards
- Assist with deep cleaning projects during low-occupancy periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in hospitality
- Ability to lift 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic English proficiency for team communication
- Clean background check and drug test required
