Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage operations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality in all areas
- Handle guest inquiries, check-ins/check-outs, and reservation management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Adhere to brand standards and operational protocols
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Support inventory management and cost control initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Valid Kansas driver's license (if driving required)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Food handler certification preferred (will train)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
