Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and deep-cleaning bathrooms
- Maintain pristine condition of public spaces (lobbies, hallways, fitness areas) following brand standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen to ensure operational efficiency
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or room adjustments
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and eco-friendly cleaning procedures
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to coordinate room turnover schedules
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality cleaning experience
- Ability to lift 30+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for supply runs)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic English proficiency (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- COVID-19 vaccination required
