Responsibilities
- Clean Guest Rooms: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to company standards and safety regulations.
- Bed Making: Change bed linens, fluff pillows, and ensure all bedding is crisp and welcoming.
- Amenities: Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, and towels to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Reporting: Identify and report maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.
- Organization: Maintain an organized housekeeping cart and storage areas to maximize efficiency.
- Guest Interaction: Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any specific requests or concerns.
- Sanitation: Adhere to strict hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure every corner is spotless.
- Reliability: Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills to interact with team members and guests.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
