Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and ensure all amenities are stocked and in pristine condition.
- Remove trash and debris, and ensure waste areas are kept clean and sanitized.
- Report maintenance issues or damages to the management team immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines regarding cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Organize storage closets and linen rooms efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
