Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms and common areas to brand standards
- Restock amenities and ensure all supplies are properly maintained
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and sustainable practices
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens
- Deliver turndown service and special guest requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Ability to work efficiently on feet for extended periods
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning products
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly
