Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of guest rooms, suites, and common areas
- Perform detailed deep cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces
- Manage inventory of linens, supplies, and amenities
- Respond promptly to guest requests for room preparation or special services
- Adhere strictly to safety and hygiene protocols
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to ensure seamless operations
- Report maintenance issues and damaged items promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid work authorization and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic English communication skills
