Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces following brand standards
- Manage inventory of linens, supplies, and amenities while maintaining par levels
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional supplies or services
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and room deficiencies to management
- Adhere to all safety protocols and sustainability practices
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in luxury hospitality
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (DC required)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic English communication skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
