Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during night hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Manage check-ins/checkouts and handle guest inquiries
- Monitor security systems and ensure guest safety
- Perform light housekeeping and facility maintenance checks
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate logs and incident reports
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - full training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
