Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Restock amenities and ensure all supplies are properly maintained
- Follow strict sanitation protocols and safety standards
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with maintenance team
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and submit reorder requests
- Adapt to special guest requests and property-specific requirements
- Maintain accurate cleaning logs and quality control documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
