As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this entry-level position.
Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, check them in efficiently, and answer any inquiries regarding hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Check-Out: Process check-outs, accurately handle payments, and ensure guest satisfaction before they depart.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls, manage email correspondence, and relay messages promptly to staff members.
- Reception Duties: Maintain the front desk area, manage the lobby, and ensure a neat and organized environment.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns or complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate guest records.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome candidates with no prior hospitality experience who are willing to learn.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
