Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to exceed sanitation standards
- Manage inventory of linens, supplies, and cleaning equipment
- Operate commercial-grade cleaning machinery and eco-friendly chemicals
- Adapt to dynamic shift schedules (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for 8+ hours, and climb stairs
- Valid work authorization and clean background check
- OSHA bloodborne pathogen certification preferred
- Proficiency in using cleaning technology and inventory software
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends
