Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and common areas to the highest standards of hospitality.
- Strip and make beds, dust, vacuum, and disinfect all surfaces according to established protocols.
- Restock amenities and supplies to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the management team.
- Follow all safety, health, and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
- Basic English communication skills and professional demeanor.
