Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and bathrooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, and towels to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards, and report them immediately to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart and storage areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and hotel policies regarding cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally within designated timeframes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance are mandatory.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
