Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and polishing fixtures
- Deep-clean and maintain public spaces such as lobbies, corridors, and restrooms to brand standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and sustainability practices
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless guest experiences
- Perform room readiness inspections before guest arrivals
- Handle special requests with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in hospitality
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
