Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms, suites, and public areas using industry-standard protocols
- Restock amenities and supplies (linens, toiletries, etc.) according to inventory guidelines
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently (floor buffers, extractors, etc.)
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and guest requests promptly to management
- Adhere strictly to OSHA standards, environmental policies, and company procedures
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Complete detailed room inspections before guest arrival
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in hospitality or commercial setting
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required for supply runs)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends, holidays, early mornings)
- Basic English communication skills (bilingual Spanish preferred)
- Clean background check and drug screen required
