Responsibilities
- Perform daily deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to brand standards
- Restock amenities and supplies while maintaining inventory control
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and security concerns promptly
- Adhere to all safety protocols and sustainability practices
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Train new staff on housekeeping procedures and quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness excellence
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (if required for supply runs)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
