Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and detailed cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure the highest standards of hygiene.
- Strip and make beds, ensuring all linens are crisp and furniture is arranged to specifications.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, soap, and towels in guest rooms and public spaces.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated containers and ensure waste areas remain clean.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to the management team immediately for prompt resolution.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols and company policies.
- Interact professionally with guests and staff, maintaining a friendly and service-oriented attitude.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and perform physical tasks.
