Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas thoroughly and efficiently according to company standards.
- Ensure all linens, towels, and amenities are stocked, organized, and replaced in guest rooms.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel lobby, corridors, and public spaces.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and chemical handling procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Interact professionally and courteously with guests, answering questions and addressing requests.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within the scheduled shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and basic maintenance tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid state ID or driver's license required.
