Responsibilities

- Inventory Management: Monitor and order cleaning supplies and linens, ensuring stock levels are maintained efficiently.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce strict health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
- Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries and concerns regarding cleanliness promptly and professionally.
- Shift Coordination: Oversee shift assignments and productivity to ensure all areas are cleaned according to time schedules.
- Emergency Response: Assist in emergency cleaning procedures and ensure the facility is ready for unexpected events.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping or hospitality management.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and train a team of cleaning staff.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
