- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust cybersecurity protocols to protect data integrity in a rapidly evolving threat landscape.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic planning capacity.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Microservices, and Containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Futuristic Tech: Strong understanding of AI/ML trends and how to apply them to business problems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
