Responsibilities
- Architect and design next-generation software systems focused on long-term scalability and AI integration.
- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, identifying emerging technologies and integration opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering department.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance optimization across all platforms.
- Conduct code reviews and architectural assessments to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of distributed systems.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large language model integration.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for exploring futuristic technologies and staying ahead of industry trends.
