Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy complex machine learning models for production environments.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate AI solutions into core platforms.
- Research and implement novel algorithms in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Optimize existing models for improved latency, accuracy, and computational efficiency.
- Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and MLOps pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to foster technical growth.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and distributed computing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
