Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 strategic roadmap, prioritizing AI integration and next-gen web technologies.
- Lead the architecture of complex, distributed systems designed for high availability and global scalability.
- Drive the adoption of modern development practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless computing.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate abstract concepts into concrete, high-performance technical solutions.
- Establish and enforce engineering standards, security protocols, and best practices for code quality.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with deep experience in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and LLM integration.
- Proven track record of designing cloud-native applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with blockchain technologies or Web3 protocols is a significant plus.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire engineering teams.
