Responsibilities
- Architect and lead R&D initiatives targeting 2026 technology inflection points
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with quantum computing, AI, and nanotech teams
- Secure strategic partnerships with MIT, Caltech, and global research institutions
- Develop patent-pending solutions for autonomous systems and human-machine interfaces
- Present breakthrough findings at Davos, CES, and exclusive industry summits
- Mentor a cohort of 15+ PhD researchers in emerging tech domains
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Biotechnology (or equivalent breakthrough portfolio)
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Proven track record of scaling tech from lab to market (3+ exits)
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design
- Experience securing $10M+ in DARPA/NASA grants
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, and Japanese for global collaboration
- Deep familiarity with ISO 20890 and IEEE 2026 tech standards
