Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for AI and Quantum integration projects targeting the 2026 horizon.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and futurists to prototype and deploy next-gen systems.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to ensure our platforms remain future-proof.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical roadmaps with business objectives.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI and sustainable computing in high-performance environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or High-Performance Computing.
- Deep understanding of Quantum Computing principles and their application in modern software stacks.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
