- Lead the creation of the 2026+ Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Biotech.
- Oversee the prototyping and validation of high-impact future technologies.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align R&D initiatives with long-term business goals.
- Manage a high-performing team of futurists, engineers, and product strategists.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or R&D management.
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating them into actionable business strategies.

- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
