Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum or equivalent innovation frameworks
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Executive communication abilities with C-suite presentation experience
