Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biometrics, AI ethics, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
