- Develop and execute 2026+ technology innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, Web3) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and pilot disruptive solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research in emerging tech sectors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage innovation budgets and vendor partnerships for R&D initiatives
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal training programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing innovation budgets >$5M
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., CFTe) or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Published thought leadership in emerging technology trends
