Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product development with proven impact

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business/MBA preferred
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills with data-driven decision making
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences

- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CTO Academy, Innovation Leadership)
