Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026-2030) including quantum computing applications and neuro-interfaces
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in sustainable tech and AI governance frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive innovations across biotech, space tech, and decentralized systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech strategies into corporate blueprints
- Author white papers and thought leadership on ethical AI adoption and digital sovereignty
- Manage prototype development for next-gen human-machine interfaces and autonomous systems
- Represent InnovateX at global tech summits and policy discussions on digital transformation
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or blockchain 3.0
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on AI ethics or sustainable tech
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D teams with $5M+ budgets
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TF) or Futures Studies (FS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating commercialization of futuristic concepts (patents, scale-ups)
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech policies and digital sovereignty frameworks
