Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps with 5-year strategic vision for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in emerging tech ecosystems
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with market transformation potential
- Develop patent-pending innovation frameworks for next-gen solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven 5+ year roadmap execution
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Portfolio of implemented innovations generating $50M+ in value
- Published research in IEEE/Nature journals on future technologies
- Experience scaling tech initiatives from concept to global deployment
- Fluency in strategic foresight frameworks (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
