- Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on global technology trends to forecast their impact on our industry and recommend strategic pivots.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to align technology initiatives with long-term business goals.
- Innovation Labs: Lead the internal innovation lab, prototyping solutions that will define the future of our customer experience.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor technology adoption and patent filings to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Policy & Ethics: Define ethical frameworks for the deployment of emerging technologies like Generative AI.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, consulting, or product management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies including Machine Learning, Blockchain, and Edge Computing.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic change.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling business narratives.
- Future-Minded: Strong aptitude for scenario planning and predicting technological shifts 3-5 years out.
