Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ innovation roadmap using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Partner with product teams to translate future insights into actionable development roadmaps
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and board members
- Monitor global tech policies and ethical frameworks to guide innovation responsibly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with 5+ years in tech/advanced industries
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with experience influencing C-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in relevant field (e.g., Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, MBA)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy preferred
