Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and market trends through 2030
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and validate future-facing business models
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for global technological shifts
- Partner with R&D to accelerate commercialization of breakthrough innovations
- Present future-vision briefings to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track adoption of emerging technologies
- Curate thought leadership content on future trends for industry impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough products/services
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIF, APF) or equivalent
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating future-vision projects with measurable impact
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive innovation in matrixed organizations
