Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market evolution
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating future insights into product development
- Present foresight frameworks to C-suite executives and board members with actionable recommendations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops on future-proofing business models
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and their impact on technological adoption and market dynamics
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic positioning
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future strategies
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
