Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Foresight Framework using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic insights into product roadmaps
- Produce quarterly 'Future Impact Reports' for executive board and investors
- Build strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and NASA JPL
- Design and deploy innovation sprints for emerging tech (quantum AI, neuro interfaces, climate tech)
- Mentor a team of 3 futurist analysts and junior strategists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario planning projects
- Expertise in Delphi methodology, SWOT analysis, and systems thinking
- Proven track record of implementing future-proof strategies in tech or climate sectors
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Innovation preferred
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
