- Partner with C-suite executives to align R&D investments with long-term market disruption opportunities
- Deliver strategic foresight reports quantifying impact of exponential technologies on industry verticals
- Design and execute scenario-planning workshops for board-level decision-making
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation maturity across 5-year horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurism with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies ($50M+ revenue impact)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier industry journals
- Certification in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging tech (FDA, FCC, etc.)
