Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record launching tech products with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech stack (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
