Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological, social, and economic shifts
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into R&D priorities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Produce high-impact scenario planning frameworks and strategic foresight reports
- Advise leadership on emerging risks and opportunities in rapidly evolving markets
- Champion a culture of innovation through thought leadership and internal education
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and megatrend identification
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation strategy implementation
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Experience working in fast-paced tech or startup environments
