Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (quantum computing, neurotech, climate adaptation) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-readiness into product development cycles
- Produce quarterly intelligence reports with actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders
- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts while maintaining external thought leadership
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify disruptive startups in emerging verticals
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (AI, biotech, energy)
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Proficiency in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analytics platforms
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on future risk/opportunity assessment
