Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments and risk mitigation strategies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems to scout emerging talent and IP
- Design and deploy organizational foresight training programs to embed future-thinking culture
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-technological shifts to inform adaptive business strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Innovation Management, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership within tech/finance sectors
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption forecasting
- Deep understanding of emerging tech stack: AI governance, quantum computing applications, and climate tech innovations
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into actionable business narratives
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFIP, Foresight Practitioner) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives with measurable market impact
