- Lead high-stakes strategy sessions with executive stakeholders to translate foresight into competitive advantage
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces positioning Horizon Dynamics as a future authority
- Build quantitative risk matrices for emerging threats and opportunities
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies and critical thinking
- Coordinate with R&D teams to validate strategic hypotheses through prototype development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or consulting with proven trend analysis track record
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused research or strategy frameworks
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and quantitative modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS) preferred
